(An early morning shot of my hometown through a rainy windshield)
The last couple weeks have flown by so fast I’ve barely had time to fully embrace the season. Between prepping for the holiday, some disappointing news, and adjusting to caring for my new little one (Luna), I’ve had just enough time to get a few hours sleep and eat a quick meal. Luckily, I managed to have time to take a quick day trip up the the mountains this past weekend, and was reminded that sometimes all you need is to slow down and make some good memories . Starting this Thanksgiving, I am dialing down the stress, and enjoying being at home with my family, so that by the time holiday season hits full swing, I’m ready to celebrate.
