Happy Monday! I can’t believe how quickly this weekend came and went. Though I feel like I didn’t do a whole lot of anything, I also feel like I got a lot accomplished. I’m already so ready for fall, so I spent most of the weekend doing a refresh to the house and gearing up from some fun interior projects I have coming up (stay tuned!). Speaking of fall – I also can’t stop adding pieces to my wardrobe for next season, but being impatient, I’m already needing to find ways to style my new items that make them appropriate for the southern heat wave.
This floral maxi from Anthropologie is one of those pieces I couldn’t wait to style. I can definitely see me wearing it with suede boots and an airy blouse come fall, but for now, it pairs perfectly with gladiator sandals (I love the tassel tie on these) and a frilly Anthropologie blouse. This super-chic wide cut belt is the perfect finishing touch to pull the look together and help elevate the ensemble. I love that the dark floral patterns (that I talked about last week here) make pieces wearable for both summer and the approaching cooler seasons as well.
